Meet Your Instructor
Welcome to Pilates With Molly. Molly’s approach to living a more easeful life encompasses an integrative approach of movement as medicine, spiritual connection, and mental-emotional wellbeing. Her passion for movement shines through her certifications in Mat Pilates, 200-hour registered yoga teacher training, and experience as a personal stretch therapist. She integrates breathwork, visualizations, EFT therapy, mantras, and subliminal frequencies into her guided practices, offering a holistic experience. Molly's lens on integrative healing is shaped by her training as an Acupuncturist at AIMC Berkeley, where she completed her Masters and Doctorate. Specializing in neurology, her thesis explores the impact of stress on the brain and how it influences our ability to create lasting change in our lives. She believes behavioral, physical, and environmental health are interdependent.
